Registration Terms And Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to registrations for the Poultry Nutrition Masterclass (“Masterclass”), organised by Ag360 Co., Ltd. (hereafter “Ag360”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By submitting a registration, making payment, or attending the Masterclass, the participant (hereafter “you” or “Participant”) agrees unconditionally to these Terms and Conditions.

Registration And Fees

Registration is strictly subject to availability. The registration fee does not include travel, accommodation, visa costs, insurance, incidental expenses or any service not expressly listed as included. All fees are stated in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated.

A registration confirmation, invoice or receipt will be issued to the email address provided during registration. Participants are responsible for ensuring that their email address and contact details are accurate.

Registration is personal to the named Participant and may not be shared, resold, transferred or used by another person without Ag360’s prior written approval.

Payment

Due in full at the time of registration. Registrants who have not made full payment will be declined entry to the Masterclass.

Participants are responsible for any bank charges, foreign-exchange costs, intermediary-bank fees or payment-platform charges associated with payment.

Admission

Only registered delegates who have paid in full will be allowed into the conference area, including the conference meeting rooms, registration desk, coffee breaks, lunches and dinners.

Health And Safety

Participants must comply with all venue health-and-safety requirements.

Participants must disclose any relevant accessibility, dietary or medical requirements to Ag360 when registering. Ag360 will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests but cannot guarantee that every request can be met.

Program Change, Postponement Or Cancellation

Speakers and topics were correct at the time of publishing. However, due to circumstances beyond Ag360’s control, substitution, alteration, or cancellation of the speakers and/or topics may be warranted. As such, Ag360 may make reasonable changes to the Masterclass programme, speakers, session order, venue, timetable, format or learning materials where required.

If Ag360 postpones the Masterclass, paid registrations will normally be transferred automatically to the rescheduled date. A Participant who cannot attend the rescheduled date may request:

• A credit toward a future Ag360 program; or
• A refund, where applicable and confirmed by Ag360.

If Ag360 cancels the Masterclass and does not offer a suitable alternative or rescheduled date, Ag360’s liability will be limited to a refund of the registration fee actually paid.

Ag360 is not responsible for travel, accommodation, visa, insurance, foreign-exchange, consequential or other costs incurred by a Participant in connection with a changed, postponed or cancelled Masterclass.

Cancellations

Ag360 does not provide refunds for cancellations received less than twenty-eight (28) days before the Masterclass, however Participant substitution is permitted.

For cancellations received in writing more than twenty-eight (28) days before the Masterclass, you will receive a full refund, less any banking charges that may have been incurred on your behalf. Alternatively, the sum can be credited towards another Ag360 event for up to one year from the original event date.

There is no refund or credit for Participants that fail to attend.

Program And Learning Materials

The Masterclass is designed for professional education and industry learning. It does not constitute nutrition formulation advice for a specific business or a guarantee of production performance.

Participants remain responsible for applying any information, discussion or recommendations appropriately within their own operation and in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, animal-welfare requirements, consultant advice, and company policies.

Program content reflects the knowledge and professional views available at the time of delivery. Ag360, speakers and contributors do not guarantee that all information will be complete, current, applicable to every production system or suitable for every individual business decision.

Ag360 may provide printed, digital or post-event materials for the Participant’s personal professional use. Unless Ag360 states otherwise in writing, materials may not be copied, reproduced, recorded, distributed, uploaded, adapted, sold or used for commercial training purposes without prior written permission.

All intellectual-property rights in Ag360 materials, event branding, presentations, recordings and related content remain with Ag360, the relevant speaker or the relevant rights holder.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ag360 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or economic loss, including loss of profit, business interruption, loss of opportunity, travel costs, accommodation costs or reputational loss arising from participation in, inability to attend, postponement of or cancellation of the Masterclass.

Ag360’s total liability arising out of or in connection with the Masterclass will not exceed the registration fee actually paid by the relevant Participant.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Participants attend at their own risk and are responsible for their personal belongings, equipment, health, travel arrangements and appropriate insurance.

Personal Data

Your data may be passed to other companies who wish to communicate with you offers related to your business activities.

Photography, Filming And Recordings

Ag360 and authorised representatives may photograph, film or record the Masterclass for documentation, reporting, editorial, promotional and future marketing purposes.

By attending, Participants acknowledge that they may appear incidentally in photographs, video or audio recordings of the event.

If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please notify Ag360 in writing before the Masterclass and speak to the registration desk on arrival. Ag360 will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request; however, it may not be possible to prevent incidental capture in a live event environment.

Testimonials or interviews will be requested separately and will require explicit consent before use.

Force Majeure

Ag360 will not be liable for delay, change, postponement, cancellation or failure to perform caused by events outside its reasonable control. These may include severe weather, flood, fire, earthquake, pandemic (human, poultry or livestock), public-health measures, civil disturbance, terrorism, transport disruption, utility failure, government restrictions, speaker illness, or venue unavailability.

Where a force-majeure event occurs, Ag360 will make reasonable efforts to provide a revised date, alternative delivery format or credit.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from or connected with these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Thailand, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
