Ag360, organizer of the Poultry Nutrition Masterclass (2-4 December 2026, Bangkok), is honored that Mr. Shamsul Arefin Khaled, a senior agribusiness professional and strategic leader from Bangladesh, will join the panel discussion with Prof. Steve Leeson and Dr. Rick Kleyn.
Mr. Khaled is an Owner and Director of Khaled Group of Companies, one of Bangladesh’s diversified family-owned conglomerates, with business interests spanning poultry, animal nutrition, aquaculture, dairy and livestock, agriculture, food processing, apparel and textiles, engineering, information technology, packaging, shipping, and logistics. Through flagship ventures such as Nourish Poultry & Hatchery Ltd., he oversees a vertically integrated agribusiness model spanning Grandparent (GP) and Parent Stock (PS) operations, commercial feeds, broiler and egg production, aquaculture (shrimp and tilapia), and dairy and cattle farming.
His strategic leadership centers on end-to-end value-chain development—from breeding and nutrition to processing and retail delivery. Across these operations, Mr. Khaled champions food safety, environmental sustainability, consumer trust, and the economic integration of smallholder farmers.
Mr. Khaled is also President of the World’s Poultry Science Association – Bangladesh Branch (WPSA-BB). His contribution promises to strengthen the discussion around the future of poultry nutrition, responsible production, and sustainable growth across Asia.
